Alvio Health is a general primary care practice. That means we are the first call for most things, the steady follow-up for long-term conditions, and the ones who tell you plainly when you need someone more specialised.

Primary & Family Medicine
One clinician who knows your history, for everything from a sore throat to a long-term plan. We care for patients from adolescence through later adulthood.
Annual Physicals & Preventive Care
Yearly wellness visits, age-appropriate screenings, and the forms you need for school, sports, camp and employment.
Chronic Condition Management
Structured, unhurried follow-up for conditions that need steady attention — with a clear plan you leave the room understanding.
Same-Day Sick Visits
Blocks held open each morning and afternoon for established patients who wake up unwell and need to be seen today.
On-Site Labs & Vaccines
Routine blood work drawn in our office and most standard adult and adolescent immunizations, so one visit covers it.
Telehealth Visits
Video appointments for follow-ups, medication questions and results reviews — useful when a drive across town isn't worth it.
Women's Health
Well-woman visits, contraception counseling and routine screening, coordinated with specialists when something needs a closer look.
Referrals & Care Coordination
When you need a specialist, we find the right one, send your records ahead, and follow up on what they found.

TODO: confirm the youngest age you will see, and whether you take pediatric patients. If you do not, say so here — it saves families a wasted call.
What we are not
We are a primary care office, not an urgent care or an emergency department, and we do not provide TODO — list anything you want to rule out explicitly, such as workers’ compensation exams, DOT physicals, chronic pain management or obstetric care.
In an emergency, call 911. Chest pain, signs of stroke, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding or any life-threatening symptom needs an emergency department, not a clinic appointment.
A note on how we schedule
Short appointment slots are the main reason primary care feels rushed. We schedule standard visits at TODO minutes and new-patient visits at TODO minutes, and we deliberately keep same-day slots empty each day rather than booking every hour weeks ahead.
The trade-off is honest: it means we hold a smaller patient panel than a large group practice, and it means that on a busy day we may ask you to come to the other office. We think it is the right trade.
