Routine blood work drawn in our office and most standard adult and adolescent immunizations, so one visit covers it.
Telehealth Visits
Video appointments for follow-ups, medication questions and results reviews — useful when a drive across town isn't worth it.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — both offices are accepting new patients. You can request an appointment online or call us, and we will usually get you in within TODO weeks for a first visit.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major PPO plans and a number of HMO and Medicare plans. Because networks change, the accepted-plan list on our Patient Information page is the authoritative one — and it is always worth a quick call to confirm before your first visit.
Can I be seen the same day if I'm sick?
We hold same-day slots at both offices each morning and afternoon for established patients. Call as early in the day as you can. If we're full, we'll tell you plainly and help you find care rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I have to pick one office, or can I use any of them?
You are welcome at either one. Your chart is the same in both, so if Bolingbrook is closer to work and Aurora is closer to home, use whichever fits the day.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Photo ID, your insurance card, a list of the medications and doses you currently take, and the name of any specialist or prior practice we should request records from.
